A Facebook Pixel is an analytic tool that measures the effectiveness of your Facebook marketing campaigns. By installing it into your website, you can truly measure your ads’ performance because the pixel can track every visitors’ interactions on your website after they click on your ad.
At first glance it may seem complex, but technically it is simply a few lines of code to be implemented in your website. If you are a FBAds Partner, our Account Management team will be happy to help you carry out this set-up.
How does the Facebook Pixel work?
When someone clicks through to your website from a Facebook and Instagram ad and takes an action, like completing a Registration and FTD, your Facebook pixel will trigger and report the action back to the Facebook Ads Manager. This adds another layer of analytics that paint a clear picture of your buyer’s journey from ad to an FTD.
Having implemented the Facebook Pixel is not mandatory to launch a campaign but it is something that we strongly recommend to help us to make your campaigns successful and acquire, retarget and retain customers based on your business strategy.
As soon as this is implemented correctly the Pixel will learn a lot of information about your users anonymously.
If you want to know more about how the Pixel implementation will help you boost your business, contact us today.
