We are looking for...

Strong sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Facebook’s advertising solutions to significant advertisers particularly in Gaming verticals. This role will establish and expand relationships with new clients, and continue to cultivate and grow relationships with strategic partners.

With proven understanding of digital media (performance marketing in particular), this role will align with a Campaign Manager within the Sales organisation, to develop industry-specific marketing relationships and drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities with strategic clients.

Sales Managers must have strong consultative sales and analytical skills; thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment. Success in this position will require a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers, close new business, and provide holistic marketing solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and actively manage short and long-term account plans based on client brand and direct response marketing objectives
• Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline in order to prioritise business opportunities and resources
• Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationships, including understanding and identifying contacts that manage multiple budgets, (brand, DR etc.)
• Know different optimisation methods and bidding models on Facebook (conversion, traffic, link clicks, impression etc)
• Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Facebook marketing solutions
• Identify and prioritise business opportunities
• Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team, and provide reports as needed
• Analyse campaign performance statistics and recommend optimised media solutions

We are looking for...

Campaign Managers to join the newly formed team in Dublin in October 2017. As a Campaign Manager, you would create campaigns using the various mediums, monitor and measure the campaigns as well as report on their effectiveness.

To be considered for the role, you would:

• Have experience on direct response campaigns (plan, execution, optimisation)
• Have the ability to work on Facebook’s Ad Manager or Power Editor
• Know how to use Custom Audience targeting
• Know different optimisation methods and bidding models on Facebook (conversion, traffic, link clicks, impression etc)
• Have an understanding of main KPIs
• Have a knowledge of generic tracking rules
• Show the ability to handle pressure with strong attention to detail
• Have a good knowledge of excel and its features like pivot tables
• Be able to create in depth analysis of data and post campaign analysis
• Show creativity (from new ideas to creative briefs)

We are looking for...

A video editor to join the design team, who can assist and provide creative input towards marketing and design assets ranging from video to digital banners. This role will be working very closely with our marketing team who each have many years working with and at Facebook directly, assisting in their marketing campaigns on a day to day basis. We have a range of different departments for you to broaden your creative abilities in where each day will bring a new challenge. Reporting to the head of design, you will also be working with the internal design teams to bring life to creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• To work within the design team, designing, animating or amending videos.
• Provide assistance with digital design on marketing assets.
• Assist the marketing team with assets to support digital campaigns.

Key Skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro or After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office

Graphics Design:

• Strong creative skills, with a clearly defined point of view
• Abilities in designing or amending digital assets (PSD or AI)
• Possess strong project management skills, including organising and managing multiple projects

Video Design/Editing:

• Strong story telling skills.
• Ability to create videos from concept stages to final output.
• Experience in animation.
• Possess the ability to handle different forms of media formats.
• Knowledge of video compression standards.
• Experience in video for social media platforms would be advantageous.
• Professional editing experience desired.

Experience:

• Possess a strong portfolio, demonstrating your abilities in video/digital design.
• Previous experience working with a marketing team would be advantageous.
